Together, we’ll explore a variety of art-making techniques that help us lighten up, let go, and embrace uncertainty as we enter the flow state.

Each week, we’ll experiment with a different medium—watercolor, oils, collage, and more. You’ll see short demos and then have plenty of time to explore the materials and create at your own pace. Through these experiments with luscious art supplies, you’ll begin to shape your own unique practice of creative play.
