Magic 96.7 Girls' Getaway Weekend Giveaway – Official Rules

Beginning at 12:00am on Monday, September 7, 2026 through 7:00pm on October 1, 2026, (the "Contest Period") Magic 96.7 listeners aged 21 and over may enter the “Magic 96.7 Girls' Getaway Weekend Giveaway” sweepstakes online at Magic967.com (or on the Magic 96.7 iPhone app) by providing their first and last names, email address, city/town, mobile telephone number, and the daily "keyword to win". One entry per person per "keyword to win". Two "keywords to win" will be announced on Magic 96.7 every weekday during the contest period. The time the "keywords to win" will be announced is random and the keywords or their announcement times will not be published. Any attempts by a participant to obtain more than one entry per "keyword to win" during the Contest Period by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, different IP addresses, or any other methods void all of that participant’s entries and may be disqualified. Use of any automated online system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Community Media, LLC and Magic 96.7. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Magic 96.7 will choose two complete and correct entrants every weekday during the Contest Period as qualifiers (the "Qualifiers"). Provisional qualifiers chosen will be notified via email at the address they provided on their entry. Provisional qualifiers must respond to the email within 24 hours and confirm that they are 1) 21 years of age or older; and (2) they have not previously qualified or won any "Girls Getaway Weekend" prize from any Community Media (Country 93.5, Magic 96.7, or Magic 102; and (3) not a family member, employee or owner of any Sponsor of the "Girls Getaway Weekend" giveaway; and (4) available and able to attend the "Girls Getaway Weekend" grand prize party on October 2, 2026 in Brattleboro, VT (the "Grand Prize Party"); and (5) available and able to attend the "Girls Getaway Weekend" at Mohegan Sun on October 24, 2026 in Uncasville, CT. If a qualifier does not respond within 24 hours or if they are not 21 years of age or older, or if they are a family member or employee of a sponsor, or if they are unable to attend the grand prize party or the Mohegan Sun trip, then the provisional qualifier will not be eligible to win and an alternative provisional qualifiers will be chosen. If the provisional qualifier responds within 24 hours and is 21 years of age or older, is not a family member or employee of a sponsor, and are able to attend Grand Prize Party and the "Girls Getaway Weekend" at Mohegan Sun on October 24, 2026 in Uncasville, CT, then the provisional qualifier will become a Qualifier. Thirty-eight (38) qualifier will be chosen using the aforementioned process.

Two (2) additional qualifiers will be chosen at the Girls Getaway Weekend Grand Prize Party on October 2, 2026 in Brattleboro Vermont. Beginning at 5:30pm and until 6:15pm at the Grand Prize Party, attendees may enter to qualify to win the contest by completing an entry form, including by entering their full legal name, town/city of residence, and acknowledge their ability to attend the "Girls Getaway Weekend" at Mohegan Sun on October 24, 2026 in Uncasville, CT." Only persons who have not already qualified for the contest may use this method of entry. Two (2) completed and correct entries using this process will be randomly selected at 6:20pm at the Grand Prize Party as the final 2 qualifiers in the contest.

At approximately 6:30pm during the Girls’ Night Out event, Magic 96.7 will begin randomly selecting one (1) winner for each prize listed below from among all Qualifiers. If a winner is not present at the event, they will not be eligible to win any prize or the Grand Prize. Winners’ full names and cities of residence may be listed on Magic967.com.

The prizes include (in no particular order):

  • LIMO TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM MOHEGAN SUN
  • 2 MASSAGES AND 2 PEDICURES FROM PURPLE SARAH DAY SPA

  • LIMO SNACKS FROM VERMONT COUNTRY DELI
  • 4 ROOM PRIZES / ITEMS FROM BRATTLEBORO AUTOBODY

Magic 96.7 will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes during the Grand Prize Party event on 10/2/2026. Magic 96.7's sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. This and all other prize components are the responsibility of the winner and guest(s), including all incidentals and fees. Incidentals include but are not limited to parking, transportation, food and beverage, etc. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen. You must be present to win.

Magic 96.7 and Community Media shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond Magic 96.7’s control.

This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Windham & Windsor Counties in Vermont and Cheshire County in New Hampshire affiliated with Community Media, LLC and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same prize(s).

Magic 96.7 is not responsible for any event cancellations or reschedules.

Magic 96.7 contests are open to all eligible Windham & Windsor county Vermont and Cheshire County New Hampshire residents 21 or older that have not won anything on Magic 96.7 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Magic 96.7 and its ultimate parent company, Community Media, LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Magic 96.7 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
