Some New Hampshire residents may qualify for money from a multistate settlement involving allegations of inflated prices for generic medications, according to the New Hampshire attorney general.
A federal court in Connecticut gave preliminary approval this month to a plan that would distribute millions of dollars recovered from generic drug makers. The agreement covers settlements with Glenmark, Lannett, Bausch, Apotex, Heritage, and Heritage’s parent company, Emcure, and the total comes to about $96.5 million.
Officials say consumers who purchased any of the covered drugs between 2009 and 2019 may be able to file for compensation. A list of the medications and claim-filing instructions are available through the settlement process.
