The New Hampshire Department of Transportation is expanding its vehicle fleet with AI camera technology designed to give crews a faster look at road conditions and potential hazards.
Winter-specific vehicles will get forward-facing cameras that can record roadway conditions, track winter service work and show how storm cleanup is progressing as it happens. The agency says those cameras will help provide a real-time view of conditions during severe weather.
