New Terminal Launches at Burlington International Airport

The terminal has commenced operation as of March 31.

An expanded terminal at Burlington International Airport has commenced operations as of Tuesday morning, welcoming travelers to its new facilities.

The recent $68 million upgrades feature four additional gates, increased seating for passengers, and an observation deck outdoors.

Sustainable technologies are incorporated into the terminal's design, utilizing geothermal wells for temperature regulation and solar panels to contribute to the renewable energy supply.

Additionally, the installation of jet bridges capable of supporting larger aircraft broadens the potential for new travel destinations from the airport.
